Nutritional and Dieting Plan.
A good diet is necessary for our body to process the correct amount of minerals and vitamins needed for everyday life styles. Our body needs to absorb a certain amount of nutrients ranging from vitamins A, B and B complex, C, D, Thiamin, and other sources. After analysis of a particular person it is noted that they were overweight for their height in the two hundred plus pounds sector. There is a reason as to why this person has such a situation. They take no vitamins and body fat is at thirty one percent (31%). need for it to have all of the vitamins present. It still performs its main functions to produce great value to the individual who take it.
Instead of having a healthy nutritional breakfast they eat two donuts and coffee. That presented in itself is too much sugar and calories to be burned off before lunch arrives. As well as caffeine which needs to be reduced. For lunch what was noted was a foot long subway sandwich and an eight ounce coke drink with chips. The problem here is that this person keeps adding more calories where it is not necessary and too much salt from the chips. For dinner they have steak and salad, a cookie for desert and either juice or another coke. The client needs to have a balanced meal. So for breakfast cut out the sugars and high calories and instead have an egg sandwich with fruits such as strawberries, grapes, banana or apple.
For lunch stop drinking coke and drink water instead, stop eating the chips and cookies and replace with a salad. The more greens the better, so using lettuce, cucumbers etc. is helpful. For dinner they could cook and eat white meat such as chicken, rice, peas, broccoli, spinach or other greens that are just as helpful the body. Nutritional value needs to be implemented, multi-vitamins are a great source for this. Based on research I would put this person on the iaso tea diet. The tea is taken three times a day each day and is made of fruits and vegetables. The individual can take a walk or simple jog after they drink it to get better health results.
