Fast Food Restaurant Changes.
Healthy food is better than fast food. Although many don’t have the time to stay at home and cook it is better to eat non fast food products. There are health issues leading to the digestion of fast foods, as well as protests against it. Over the years experiments have been conducted and found that the ingredients used in fast foods also create a disturbance. The lives of Adults and children alike are at stake and this topic deserves attention to help shed light on the issue. If we choose to eat better and healthier we may have a longer life span. To get a closer look at what really happens an experiment will unfold the truth to better clarify the issue at hand.
When we think of McDonalds, we think of the great tasting burgers and fries, the variation of frappes, sodas and much more such as nuggets. However, there was a recent study conducted by a customer. Holding up the McDonalds patty and bun he wanted the audience to guess how old the burger sandwich was. No one can tell after all it didn’t exactly age, when it reality it should have. Arriving customers guessed that the product was purchased that exact same day however, it was more than two months old. Based on information given “They put so many chemicals and preservatives in it, that it just doesn’t go bad.” (Youtube, 2015). One can only imagine what this does to our bodies on the inside, our health and lives are at stake.
With millions of people eating products from this fast food chain restaurant it deserves a high alert of attention. We need to change the way we eat and what we eat. Organic or regular food may be a better choice. This is intended for those with health issues, eat fast foods and are addicted to it. One of the key challenges is to give other options that are healthy at fast food restaurants. Strategies that will be used are to get three volunteers who are willing to purchase the newly selected healthy foods that are custom ready. Have them try the meals for a week and see if there is any improvement in their diet and weight, as well as see if the foods taste as good as a burger. Then record what it looks like so that many are able to see the video for themselves.
