1. Regardless of your situation it can sometimes be difficult to find the right job for yourself. Many things need to be taken into account: Will the coworkers get along with you? Will every day consist of changing your personality so you are able to fit in? Will the new job challenge you and help you grow as a person? These and many more questions need to be answered in order to find a job that suits you perfectly.
The most important part of finding a job that is right for you one must take comfort into consideration. You must be comfortable performing the job as well as feel comfortable in your workspace. Feeling comfortable around your coworkers is also an important part of finding the right job for yourself. It is difficult to perform your job adequately when you feel as if you are pretending to be somebody you are not in order to fit in. Working with people who share the same morals and values as you do can make cohabitation during work hours much easier. Finding a job that is stimulating is also important. A work environment that engages the mind and keeps you interested will arouse and motivate you. It is important to find a balance; you do not want to feel like a large fish in a small pond. This will lead to boredom. However, feeling like the odds are stacked too highly against you can lead to doubt and unhappiness (2014). The mind needs a challenge but one must be realistic in their search for such tests in the workplace.
Finding the right job can be difficult. It takes time and effort to find a place filled with people who make you comfortable. It can take even more time to find an occupation that strikes a balance between challenge and motivation. However, with patience and determination it is possible to find a job containing all of these elements. Once you do you will know that it is the right job for you.
2. To the uneducated ear globalization can mean many things. It is difficult to turn on the radio or television without hearing the word. Whether the news is business expansion or the stock exchange, globalization is an issue that arises every day. Deciphering its meaning out of context is not difficult.
Globalization is a delicate tool. Positively it can be used to provide peace, prosperity, and success across the globe. There are many great things that can come from globalization. If used negatively it can cause devastation wherever it goes, contributing to widening the poverty gap as well as helping jobs disappear in countries like the United States, thanks to outsourcing. Judging by the definition it can be used for good and more corporations should strive for that outcome.
