Precursor to the teacher
Before starting of the lesson it is important keep the following points in the mind by the teacher. The teacher must have an enthusiastic and vocal approach to the class. The language used must be very simple. Voice annotation plays a key role in this. The teacher must be able to attract and retain the attention of the students in the class. Please remember the students in this class are not a set of adults to respond proactively. They are children and their attention spans are very small. Hence there must be active involvement of the teacher, lot of energy and positive approach. Ideal if the teacher can maintain a very cheerful approach during the entire session and move around the class room encouraging participation of the students.
This will become a key success factor for the class to be going smoothly and that it is vital.
