One is obligated to follow the set rules and regulations that govern an institution. School policy dictates the mandates and gives responsibility to the various stakeholders. Policies set have to be adhered to so as to ensure the smooth functioning of the institution. Problem-solving between warring factions requires the use of wisdom and knowledge for the provision of an amicable decision. Participation in problem-solving instances is essential for both the teacher, parent, and student. Biblical teaching on the importance of listening has shed more light on the criticality of assessing all parties through detailed consideration of each faction’s course of the argument. The Bible section chosen is specifically related to the issue, and significant work has been done in identifying this critical area. Excellent job.
Love and affection of one’s neighbor family and friends is a core pillar in biblical teachings and for the peaceful coexistence amongst individuals. Neighbors are inclusive of the general society and one's coworkers. Harmony must be exhibited between new and old employees thus putting aside any differences that may occur as new employees acclimatize to their new surroundings. Spiritual growth in an institution helps foster bond that stem from religious activities as individuals intermingle and get to learn how to coexist within the confines of their organization. Conflicts should be solved as soon as they occur to avoid an escalation of any potential situations that may antagonize co-workers, thus affecting productivity. Points have been well illustrated, and excellent work was done in identifying and providing a solution to the problem.

As a Christian, prayer is the foundation of one’s faith. Wisdom comes from the Lord and through constant prayer, we get to pray for wisdom that may positively benefit our lives. The Bible section chosen clearly indicates the importance of intelligence. From a biblical perspective, one should first listen then apply knowledge in cases of conflict though much thought must be placed on finding out the details that may have led to the conflict. Working in tandem with others and as a group brings the best results if all members are focused towards the same objective. Illustration of the necessity of teamwork in solving the problem has been done proficiently and is lauded. Cooperation in a school is necessary for the continued success of the organization.
