REPORT SUMMARY
This paper will focus on creating awareness on Swinburne Abroad to students on the available opportunities in joining classes and exchange programs in Asian-Pacific. Particularly, Malaysia, as well as helping them make the perfect choice. The following is a report on the suitability of the destination as well as that of Swinburne.
One of those factors is PESTEL (Rogers 2013). This acronym describes the Political, Environmental, Socio-cultural, Technological, and Legal factors. With reference to Swinburne Abroad, many of these factors (especially social and political) have been proven to be suitable to the interested person then it’s only wise to proceed with the plan on travelling and further his/her own studies.
The report on Swinburne Abroad however found some problems and threats for students. Some of these include the absence on readily available opportunity to advertise. However, this can be done through the uses of mobile smartphones since most of the people smartphones. This can help as adverts can be sent through popular social sites such as twitter and Instagram. Secondly, concern was raised that students experienced difficulties while trying to enroll and match their tertiary units. This can however be rectified by making it simple for the enrollment process and making a list of matching units for specific degree courses. Lastly, there were concerns that students were not fully aware of the opportunities and services available to them from Swinburne Abroad.
The analysis grades Swinburne as being suitable for students who are willing to take their studies from this side of the globe. Most of the significant issues are favorable for students from across the globe.
