Such statements indicate that profit and loss of the firm. If the firm was making losses, then it would not have been in existence for all those years.

The organization is known to have adopted a very complex structure despite the fact that it is at its early stages. In this regard, the organization should have implemented a flexible organizational structure. Such a structure is important, as it will enable the organization to identify areas of improvements easily. The performance of the firm can also be improved from its current level through ensuring that there is proper coordination in the hierarchy of the organizational structure.
