Companies face many problems in their operations. These problems are varied across the companies. The first company is AIG, and its problem is low staff morale. The morale problem is due to the pressure to turn around the nature of its operations for profitability (McIntyre, 2010). The second company is United Airlines. Its problem is poor financial performance. This scenario has been witnessed due to negative reservation experience and high costs and fees. The third company is Level 3 – a broadband network company. Its major problem lays in its business strategy which has led to integration challenges with other business units (McIntyre, 2010). The fourth company is Hertz – a car rental company. It has a problem with high staff turnovers. This has been done due to economic downturns.
Citigroup is the fifth company. Its problem is a poor relationship with customers, investors and shareholders. In sixth is the retailing company known as K-Mart. Its problem is employee dissatisfaction (Wood & Lattman, 2012). Dell is the seventh company. The problem facing it is that of poor performance in the stock market as compared to its competitors. The eighth company is Chrysler. Its problem is embedded in below average reliability ratings. Its car buyers are unsatisfied with the products. Dish Network, a satellite TV company, is the ninth company. Its problems are allegations of unfair sales practices. The tenth company is Rite Aid. Its problems are poor reputation due to undermining employee loyalty.
The method name will be used for this case since it will match with the requirements. A non-sequential method implies that this report will not follow any sequence (Grenville, 2007). In details, this method will allow for a complete analysis and in depth survey of the organizations.
