They also supply and even provide events with their entertainment acts. Moreover, the company creates brands of other respective companies. The company started to operate as from 1993.
My internship report basically focuses on issues that I have learnt in the field which are more significant in both my life education career. I did the internship at the company which is widely known as Unity Production Inc. As I was in the field, I worked there as the internee despite of the fact that I was recognized as an employee. Most of the information that I have attached in this report relates to work experience. I must admit that, the experience which I got while working for this particular company has significantly changed my entire life.
Most of the work that I did was related to managing events, and had an opportunity to learn a lot in this field. The internship helped me improve my work altitude. I improved my work altitude from the ethics which acts as the guidance of the company. Moreover, I became flexible regarding the difficult situations which one may come across in the organization. It is obvious that, sometimes there are difficult tasks to handle but I could not avoid them since it is a part of my profession. I also had a chance to interrelate with a number of people who I did not know before. It was a great feeling to me and more significantly the new experience.
The confidence that I attained from the organization which I worked for plays a big role towards my entire decision making. Other aspects which have also improved my confidence are such as maintenance, patency, hard work and even team work. I certainly have to admit that the confidence I have will always be my weapon towards the difficulty situations. This is because challenges cannot be counted out in life, they are there to test our ability and experience which I already have, and therefore I am proud with what I have achieved and who I am today.
I achieved a lot in this particular organization when I was doing my internship. I was given a task to manage two special events in Orlando. The events included Fashion Night out in Neman Marcus and Fashion Show Orlando Runway Show. My main responsibility at the event was to help the performers getting ready for the show and also monitoring the schedule. I speak of this project certainly because it is a milestone in line with my career. The task involved interacting with the performers as a part of entertainment. Honestly, it was a hard task but I tried my best and I also enjoyed. Every employee in the organization appreciated my efforts and I could get a chance to speak to anybody in the office just like my friends. The task significantly improved my morally but mostly motivated the relationship between me and my colleagues. I became one of the family members in the organization since I was timely invited to a number of functions in the organization. I certainly came to realize that hard working can get you close to people and also take you places.
The hard tasks as well as difficult situations are among the factors that made me successful. The management position in the company gave me a chance to apply my skills in relation to my course. I was given tasks according to the studies that I do in the University.
My supervisor was exceptional and understanding gentleman. He is known as Serge Dulac. He is the creator and producer as well. He is the mastermind of the company since he is the one who established the company in the US.. He did not just supervise me, he also advised me on how to relate with my co-workers and to be attentive to my employers all the time. Moreover, we could talk as if we were in the same levels. The relationship between me and my Mr. Dulac vastly immortalized my confidence.
