This paper analyzes the effect of selecting a career path with the help of an experimental service-learning program designed for high school students to understand their career and make their career decisions. The researchers are proceeding with their study of college students that have attended the sessions on professional advising to get more information about their career goal. The research is based on two selected groups. The first group of college students is able to provide career information to the other students at the high school as a part of class activities related to the service project. On the other hand, a second team of college students is not able to provide career information to the other students at the high school. Further, the analysis of the result showed that students who have participated in the class activity for service project were understanding the professional decision-making as compared to the group of student not taken part in the service program.

The numerous questions were asked to the participants on factors influencing pharmacy career decision. Further, the research shows that prospects towards the future jobs and willingness to contribute to healthcare were utmost reasons resulted in the final conclusion. Moreover, major factors toward selecting a roadway to study was not influenced by the undergraduate and graduate entry programs.
