Analysis and Reflection about Urban Planning Class
1. Introduction to Urban Planning
The different sets of people are living within the country say, rural class people, Urban class people, and city. The most of the people from village gets migrated to urban area to improve their economic status. The municipal government on urban class is undertaking many plans to develop the urban class based on latest needs to people. The planning and evaluation made by much government from different countries fails because of poor planning and execution. The UN came with some plan strategy to overcome the problem faced by the municipal government. In the UN report it was clearly mentioned about the failure faced by urban government while planning for urban development and at the same time some of the achievements made by some municipal governments of various countries.

Villa de Vallecas is on of the districts located in Madrid, Spain. This district has two wards called Casco Historico de Vallecas and Santa Eugenia. The total population of the district is 65, 162, and it is the 18th district of the Madrid. During 1960’s many working class people gets settled in Villa de Vallecas. The city Madrid was declared as the autonomous city by 1960’s.
4. The Recommended development plan for Villa de Vallecas
The Villa de Vallecas consists of most of the working community. The people of Villa de Vallecas is in need of good development plans, because rapid urbanization. The planning strategy of Villa de Vallecas should be divided in to two plans Long term plans and immediate development plans. The long term plan should be implanted within the time period of 15years and immediate plan should e based on the immediate request made by the people of Villa de Vallecas. The master plan should include a major project like the land use layout of Villa de Vallecas, the transport plan, the construction of building, employment and industrialization in Villa de Vallecas. The master plan should be taken care by the municipal government based on people need on Villa de Vallecas. The master plan should get implemented within 15 to 20 years time period. The master plan needs continuous monitoring and evaluation of major project based on data collection. The immediate plan should satisfy the peoples of Villa de Vallecas immediate need. The immediate plans should issue a “Citizen Service card” to all the people of Villa De Vallecas. The card holder has to communicate with the local services about the bad services of municipal government like water supply, power, health care, and transport) the problems in their basic services is to be reported to the local municipal government officers by mail, telephone etc with their card number. The municipal government officials should maintain database of all people in Villa de Vallecas and they should track the problem of the people. The card holder problems should be solved within 2 to 3 days without charges. The two methods of plan “Long term plan and immediate development plan” will bring some rapid development in Villa de Vallecas district.
5. Conclusion
The urbanization plan should be made based on needs of people in different district. It should not be a common plan. Each district should make a good plan for its own people. The urbanization plan for Villa de Vallecas district will make government officials ease to process and execution. There is no need for extra labor work to execute this paln it can be execute with minimum people.
