1. What is working well?
Working well incorporates the elements of effectiveness in the accomplishments of tasks. It is important for people to organize tasks into groups and teams depending on the nature and complexity of the work in question. Working well takes into consideration the good elements of communication, ethical demeanor within the group as well as developing an understanding of the issues. It consists of; Good communication-it entails various factors such as active listening, respecting others within the group and also engaging other members of the team or group on the progressive aspects of the work. Support- working well considers that it is virtually impossible to know everything. In this view, it inculcates the idea of seeking for expertise help and interpretation of issues without your comprehension.
2. What is getting in the way?
There are numerous impediments to the ethical orientation of team and group members. It is important that certain barriers are eliminated to ensure there is a smooth flow of chores within the team. Factors such as inadequate understanding are considered to be getting in the way of group efficiency. Lack of well-defined goals for the group can be a great setback. Group operations are only effective if the impediments are eliminated. In groups and teams, certain elements make up the structural orientation of the task force and the manner in which results should be accomplished. Getting in the way are factors such as unclear objectives, highhandedness, intolerance, and complexity.
3. What could I do to improve group performance?
Supportive-it is important to listen to other group members and help where possible. Supporting group members will help any unable member to undertake their designations within a particular timeframes and with the expected quality. Also, to help group perform well, it is important to exercise openness. When one is open to group members, they can feel natural to deliberate on certain delicate and critical issues they face thus will help improve their performance. There is an unwavering necessity to combine efforts to yield appropriate results and meet the expected quality. Combining efforts will help the members will help members realize their potentials as well.
