Every person’s life is a never ending cycle of achievements and distress and a person uses different techniques to solve the pains of his life. Pains can be categorized into different types which hurt an individual; such as intellectual, spiritual, physical and emotional.
In any phase of life, when I get hurt due to any problem; I consult a therapist who listens to my problem and help me with the solutions to deal with it. Although many people consider it foolishness to talk to strangers about personal problems, but I feel it a good way to get the burden off my shoulders by talking. Therapist has the ability to help people come out of the problem by giving advices regarding the issue. Moreover, as they are not in a relationship with the patient; their advices are neutral.
There are healthier ways to deal with pains in life. A person can indulge in regular exercises and yoga as it helps to keep a person physically fit and relaxes the mind mentally. Moreover, increased spiritual connection with God is also a good way to deal with pains. The path of God not only gives peace but also shows an individual the right path to choose. Proper sleeping and eating routines, deep breathing and visualization are also few of the techniques to deal with pain in a healthier way (Hicks, 2010).
In the past, people who suffered from various types of pain in life didn’t know the correct solutions to deal with it nor were there proper consultants to solve the problem. With passing time and increased social awareness, people are very much familiar with healthier ways to deal with their problems but a person can never be too educated or know too much. Knowledge is a treasure which has no end and no person can have complete knowledge about everything. Every day, people are discovering new things in their related fields, for example people are learning how their brain operates in different environments, what can motivate someone, what is beyond the universe or what lies in the deepest corners of ocean etc. This situation of mankind will continue till the end of times as this world has a lot of knowledge which is impossible for a person to learn in his lifetime.
