Sugar and salt in large quantities are harmful to health. Salt intake can cause hypertension, and diseases of the joints. Sugar can cause weight and kidney disease. Whole grains are good for health. These include meal, bran bread and cereals. These foods are very high in fiber and micronutrients. Between breakfast, lunch and dinner, it is recommended to consume fruits and vegetables. This food is a major source of vitamins for the body.
Eating oily fish improves heart and blood vessels, as oily fish contains omega-3 fatty acids. It is recommended to drink clean water because it helps to flush toxins from the body and has beneficial effects on the digestive process.

Thus, proper nutrition is the key to a healthy lifestyle. It should be noted that this is not limiting and uncomfortable, strict diet. On the contrary, this diet is tasty, varied and satisfying.
