As you all know, our company has signed a new profitable contract with the World Trade Corporation last month. Due to this contract, major changes are to be faced and dealt with.
We are going to open a few new offices and some changes are going to be implemented in the company's work.
The biggest change is about the increased opening hours of our branch. Starting with May, there will be three shifts instead of two, and the working hours will be not 8 am - 10 pm, but 8 am - 5 am, thus making three shifts: 8 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 10 pm, 10 pm - 5 am.
The new shift schedule will ensure our better profit and, as a result, will grant you with perks and bonuses. You will have more days off and also better vacation possibilities.
I am attaching the new schedule for all of you to get acquainted with. However, we are ready for any negotiations.
I would like you all to send me your feedback with preferable working hours. In the end of the next week, the HR department will have a meeting where we shall discuss all the suggestions.
Please, feel free to contact me with any propositions or objections regarding this new shift schedule. I am looking forward to receive your messages till Monday, April, 11.
On April, 12, we will have a meeting where the new schedule will be adopted.
