"Average is over" was a book written by Tyler, an American blogger who explains the post advanced job opportunities in the market that are fading away in the middle range and entails the increasing income inequalities among the American people at work. This has left the people with only high earning jobs that use data analysis and use of machines equipment. It created jobs with little income to those unskilled people who were not able to learn and adopt new technology. The young people were the most affected as they received the low-income jobs due to inflation- adjusted wages.
With the rise in an unemployment opportunities, reality is the majority of young individuals are having unqualified jobs not related to their academic knowledge and experience. It requires one to apply for a quality job with higher earnings. With modern technology advancing, productivity is increasing with economic globalization in private and public sectors. Examples of these modern advancements include use of computers for online trading and innovation changing of mobile phones of different types Tom enhances communication.
In his book he also emphasized on how the development of the power of artificial intelligence machines and modern technologies will change the living standards present technology will modify the living values of people and labor market in the future. More investments and global manufacturing increased in the economy because people were changing focus in the primary global competition.
The government needs to work together with the citizens as a single nation for them to fully utilize its collective resources for use in supporting, creating and encouraging the existing local business firms to increase competition with other external markets. The changes in help technology managers to hire skilled people, train, coach and control employees who are determined in making higher profits and incomes in their businesses. Further, this automated systems has led to the demand for more job careers making it easy for individuals to carry out their duties and measuring their economic value in monetary terms.
Additionally, the administration needs to cooperate with the natives as a solitary country for them to completely use its aggregate assets for use in supporting, making and empowering the current nearby business firms to build a rivalry with other outer markets. The adjustments in innovation help supervisors to contract gifted individuals, prepare, mentor and control representatives who are resolved in making higher benefits and livelihoods in their organizations. Further, this robotized frameworks has prompted interest of more occupation vocations making it simple for people to complete their obligations and measuring their financial worth in fiscal terms.
For a leader to build a better economy, he has to utilize the available tools such as soft skills for a successful outcome and in improving the personal and cultural economic status of the nation. In turn, this created a marginalized revolution in the use of computers that made life more comfortable and easier to middle-class individuals both the internal and external personal. Development and ideas were powerful in ensuring that inflation reduces and valuable consumption of good are increased through rating the immigrants incomes.
In the second book, 'the hobbit party, the authors tries to examine and correct the ethical politics of Tolkien's folk stories and dictatorship concerning his personal values and attitudes with other people and nature. This book was written as a vision of freedom, human responsibility, and virtue. They hated tyranny and decided to examine several regions that were ruled by governors. Tolkien needed economic freedom and a small limited government in power relevant to the current world. He needed a just society that had a strong economic stand by utilizing free markets for their products. Tolkien's thought has he required a healthy market competition that will, in turn, change the economic and social living standards of the people living in the community. They were concerned with a modern provision of life insurance and obeying the rule of law.
This book is of significance in that the authors tried to differentiate between economics and politics in the Middle-earth and how it operates which was a contradiction to Tolkien main idea being a religious man. Being a religious man made him be accused as his arguments never provided specific solutions to modern real world issues affecting the people in the community. By Tolkien basing his sub-creation on Middle age period, which was a ruling era when business companies in the private sector were highly valued to be the best in offering a marginal role in political and social life.
Hobbits followed contracts and laws more serious in making payments for the legal services offered to every individual in the society despite their social classes, equality in treatment was his main aim for serving the nation. He was also concerned with maintaining good economies of scale and solving environmental issues as a leader. The authors further, observed Tolkien's devotion work to be that of an ant big government that was concerned with open markets offering low taxes to the consumers and a limited government in the Shire community for social adventure and easy living. The authors explained that he strictly followed contracts and respected other people's properties through an economically focused large government hierarchy which they saw as correct. His right relationship with nature was for the benefit of the whole nation.
For the two books, major areas of arguments were the social benefits and improving the welfare living standards of the people in the whole society. An achievement on this was to be achieved through the better integration of issues affecting the society between the government in power and the citizens. The disagreements are that for Tyler, he was more concerned with the modern technology and how is will change the economic status of the country by use of machines. It was a biased argument as only the skilled and learned individuals would benefit from the modern technology advances, making have a higher salary income as the unskilled employees receive lower wages.
In Witts and Richard, he had a neutral form of leadership that was aimed at improving the economic status of both the citizens and the country. A marginalized ruling was applied to ensure that every citizen benefited from the available resources in the market freely. The book that gave the right argument was Witt as neutrality was draw from his leadership and service to all the citizens. His effort was to maintain hospitality to maintain hospitality, different custom merged as one and protecting the civil rights of the people in property matters. The authors decided to remain faithful to Tolkien's messages to get a common value by using the Catholic social teaching to understand where the society was heading to and that which makes the tales of Middle-Earth admirable.
In conclusion, it takes hard working, focused and self-motivated workers to have a bright future life through the access to modem tools used in the manufacturing process. The better people in the economy improve on trained use of modern machines, the more the economy will increase leading to more employment and raising living standards among the citizens through positive motivation by their managers. Young students are required to learn and learn the current education that will allow them to compete for proper well-equipped jobs with greater financial income to sustain their living. As a leader, one needs to balance his political leadership to serving the citizens through financial support as they are the core determinant of economic growth through their production of services.
