Holistic Care Plans
Just like the term indicates, a holistic care plan is an comprehensive assessment of the needs and lifestyle of an individual in all facets of their lives, that is, physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components. Self-care is an important concept that every individual should engage in. This is based on the fact that taking care of oneself is associated with a myriad of benefits such as increased energy levels, motivation, confidence, and a healthier and renewed version of an individual. The following comprises my personal holistic care plan in terms of the four dimensions indicated above, in relation to my goals and the respective achievement plan:

Develop an exercise routine, in which case I work out 3 days a week.
I will reduce the number of fast food meals and instead make healthier alternatives at home
I will observe my meal portions, ensuring I eat larger portions of vegetables, and smaller portions of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats.
I will ensure I take at least 6 cups of water on a daily basis.
