The model of system behavior assists individuals in understanding long-term consequences in that it exposes one to three key issues: To begin with, it creates a platform for identification of information concerning their behavior. This provides them with knowledge; that is, knowledge associated with their behavior, hence, facilitating their capacity to understand why certain issues occur or exist in accordance with their behavior.
Concepts in the Systems thinking Book that was most interesting to you.
The most interesting concept in the System thinking book by Gharajedaghi is Purposefulness. Gharajedaghi asserts that purposefulness or the reasons why individuals act in a particular way is influenced by three major domains, that is: Emotional, Cultural and Rational domains. I find this concept interesting is it appears comprehensive and holistic; individuals act in a particular manner as a means of achieving self-interest or rationality. On the other hand, culture and emotional facets also have a significant impact on the manner in which an individual acts.

Response to Man Ng
I disagree with Man Ng in relation to how he describes his interesting concept. He has indicated that his interesting concept in the book is purposefulness. However, his explanation to support the reasons why purposefulness is the most interesting concept in the book is unclear. I think the first sentence of his argument provides a slight idea of purposefulness, although, the preceding sentences are somehow unnecessary.
Response to Shivon Shepherd
I agree with Shivon Shepherd on this issue. That is, culture as an operating system is also an interesting concept. Culture is hereditary and this is the reason why paternalistic cultural codes cannot be easily eliminated within the society, hence creating a cycle of authoritarian ruling.
