This organization operates under specific rules and codes of ethics of which each and every employee needs to follow. First, the organization has wine steward who helps the customer choose the correct wine for themselves. The organization also offers some classes held each month of the year that enables people to learn the nuances of their wines.
The Kulder Fine Food Company is obliged to provide best services to their customers. By so doing, they have qualified staff member that prepare delightful meals to their esteemed customers. The organization also does not any warranty of the goods purchased from them. Furthermore, any personal information which is held by the company is preserved and of good quality.
In any legal environment, there must be some ways in which there should be a smooth running of different departments due to a good relationship with ethics, morality, and other social ways. One of it is that every information about the organization needs to be help as a top secret as such information so as it does not reach the outsiders.
Every individual in a legal organization is expected to relate to each other in a nice way. The organization does not allow marrying a fellow worker of the company as part of their ethics and morally (Sims, 2003). In case this happens, then one of the partners has to transfer to the other rooms. This is an importance issue so as that working environments needs to be know.
Clients are also supposed to be handled in a special way since they are the most important people in the business. For this reason, clients should be handled with much care. It is upon each and every member of the staff to develop a good relationship with the clients. In such a way, there will be a healthy working environment which will lead to the expansion of the firm.
Furthermore, staff members needs to be objective while he or she is at the work.
