The survey reveals that companies whose employees’ use social networking raises the profit margins of the company. However, almost half of the networked employees who declined to use social technology caused their companies to go down. The research identified that there was superior performance in companies that used social technology across the departments.

It is now evident that social technology is taking over the centuries. This is indeed a vital tool for organizations wishing to succeed in business. We can predict that those organizations that adopt new technologies as they emerge are likely to have improved profits. Competition is becoming stiff, and organizations need should strive for the best. It is advisable that instead they adopt new social technologies and continue to rise and make progress by using them. Organizations must be ready for more disruptions because most company executives believe that companies need change for them to prosper. Therefore, change is evitable for companies because barriers for social technologies will be lifted.

The article reveals how enterprises that are entirely networked have high expectations of high profit gains as well as improved employee performance at work. Company executives are required to make plans on how their organizations will benefit from embracing new technology by closely scrutinizing and evaluating the success regularly. Company executives also have the responsibility of analyzing the impacts of social technology on their client and supplier relationships. In the future, use of social technologies will advance, and its use will continue to increase. Organizations cannot continue to relax and use Old Stone Age technologies; innovation is about embracing change. Therefore, organizations must get ready to accept and adopt emerging social technologies as they develop.
