Physical fitness is a very important regimen that should be regularly adhered to. While doing the push-ups, one must be keenly observant of proper breathing: inhale while on the way up and exhale while doing the lowering position. There are other variations of this body building exercise which ranges from being in an upright or standing position, a bent-knees position, or even clap push-ups. The important thing to remember is to assume a preferred position that still evidently serves the purpose of body building and firming specifically identified parts of one’s body. Push-ups have been proven to strengthen one’s stamina and build those upper body parts, as required.
