Goals and Mission of the Project
The objective of this project is to find ways of improving the existing human resource system to suit the current situation. The goals and missions to attain the objective is discussed below[ CITATION Mar07 \l 1033 ].
First, is to find out how the existing human resource system works. This will entail how it keeps track of each employee in a company in terms of their pay rate, personal information, the seniority and even the date of hire. The project will also find out how it copes with the increasing level of employees each day[ CITATION Jen00 \l 1033 ].
Secondly is to find out if the existing human resource system is still effective even with the large workforce and the current working conditions.
Thirdly, to come up with ways of improving the operation of the human resource system, to suit the conditions existing[ CITATION Jen00 \l 1033 ]. The project will discuss the introduction of new human resource software packages with unique features to ease the work f the human resource system. It will discuss the new system in terms of coding, testing, installing and support. The project also explains how the software works to improve the efficiency of the existing human resource system and how it should be maintained[ CITATION Mar07 \l 1033 ].
The project discusses the benefits of using the new improved human resource system as well. It discusses how it saves time and costs, how accurate it is and how it distributes tasks equally. It will also discuss the advantage of using the new rather than the existing one. It will also explain how the new human resource system manages the employees’ team with least complaints, in an orderly manner and with the highest level of integrity put in action.
