Carrying out human rights procedures on a certain group of individuals occurs as one of the most challenging activities in law. These procedures occur challenging indeed, when they should be carried out on law enforcers such as lawyers. In such instances, prolonged processes of fighting for rights occur. In addition, the situation worsens in case one or more lawyers should go to prison.
In this essay, the human right for lawyers will be looked at in details. Before the matter encounters a thorough analysis, the basic meaning of human rights requires clarification. In essence, human rights refer to the statements putt down universally in order to protect an individual’s dignity. Each member of the society possesses rights that govern his or her existence. Some of these rights include child rights, Geneva rights and so on.
Lawyers occur as fundamental personalities in the society. In addition, majority of prominent individuals entirely depend on lawyers for the safeguarding of their dignity and property. Moreover, most legal procedures require the presence of a lawyer for them to occur successful. As such, this proves that this set of personalities appear as key factors in the development of numerous societal factors (Rightsl 54).
One factor that may lead to the imprisonment of lawyers includes untrustworthy in carrying out duties. Laws that govern the general conduct of lawyers in duty should occur in order to evade such cases of lawyer imprisonment. Since lawyers play an important role in the society, the relevant bodies should review their subsequent imprisonment. In case the offense occurred in the course of duty, then it should be dealt with in a confidential manner. This should happen in order to secure the dignity of the lawyer. Imprisonment of lawyers only decolorizes their efficiency and the confidence that clients would have in them.
The government should set laws that tend to protect the lawyers from such kinds of prejudice. Considering the functions of lawyers in law enforcement, it occurs rather unrealistic to imprison them. Thus, laws set for such purposes occur fundamental and basic in safeguarding the dignity of lawyers.
There exist numerous human rights globally or universally. These rights tend to serve an entire globe in safeguarding the respect and dignity of different kinds of individuals. However, despite this trend, majority of these rights end up unfulfilled for the benefit of people in question. Moreover, most individuals have not been able to clearly understand what their rights include. To that effect, most rights of people get violated immensely. For instance, in the case of children and women, their rights normally get violated due to lack of information. As such, members of the society should occur sensitized concerning their rights.
People should also stay aware of the human rights that govern other groups of people aside from themselves. This allows the society to participate in opinion making in case a related case arises. Legal steps should occur in the process of procecuting a lawyer. In addition, much effort should occur to secure the dignity of the lawyers. As such, law enforcement would occur fairer and more accommodative.
