The maturity of the firm size determines the number of employees to be recruited and the needs of the firm they will fulfill. The mode of operation determines the working conditions and the skills required of the human resource. Lastly, the subsidiary role determines the role of the human resource in the strategic outlook of the firm. The cultural environment factor is hardest to manage since the culture of the people is ingrained in the people and therefore hard to change to suit the firm’s needs.

First, the firm needs to consult with the representatives of the employee unions. Second, plans for human resource should be mad such the scope of their redeploying. The firm should also facilitate a strategy for internal communication as well as identifying the training needs the employees have. Lastly new jobs should be designed that stem from the operations arising from off shoring. In china an example of these solutions is what Wall mart does by having supercenters in the country.

The MNE has to liaise with the trade unions in the host country for negotiations and compromises on these issues.

If I am a religious activist, I would have the courage to speak what is true justice for human life since the matter rests on a divine revelation. So in that case I would only of my certainty rests on a divine revelation. On the other hand I would also be courageous to speak out loud to speak for the poor and the uneducated in matters of their faith if I shared their beliefs.

The painting of Veronese as he defended himself saying that his license is similar to that of madmen and poets creates room for error and bias. In that case he made a painting out of his own imagination about an event that happened in history yet he was not present. I side with none in this case especially on the commissioning and asking about the figures present in the painting since they are human imaginations. The commissioning is purposeful for a recommendation to the people who ordered for the painting since they were not satisfied with the results and Veronese is entitled to his own imagination and since it was flawed it had to be renamed since it was not a representation of the last supper as described.

As an artist I would be courageous to give all my reasoning to why I came up with such a painting. This is because it is the only way I view and understand or capture the image of what is presented. However consultation by asking is important if I do it as ordered and so do it by specifications. It is wrong to mislead other people in presenting what is not categorically true.
