The outlook of the presentation is extremely attractive and considerate of all necessary elements of presentation. However, the paper contains some mistakes which may be corrected to make it outstanding.
The presentation begins with the topic on the definition of ICT without any success in the definition. Presenters of the paper have not been able to come up with reliable definition of ICT. This denies any reader the adequate background that may be identified from the definition.
Although, the presentation defines different modules used in the understanding of ICT, it fails to give clear analysis of the expected improvements of ICT as well as modern modules for proper understanding of the subject.
ICT literacy has been handled extremely well with the definition being informative as required for any introduction and an equally outstanding body on ICT literacy. On the case of the ICT literacy progress map, a diagram would have served a better purpose in bringing clearer understanding as a presentation tool.
Diagrams are extremely significant in any presentation. For the presentation of the ICT literacy scale, a broader diagram countered with reliable explanation should have been used. Use of screenshots is a display of professionalism in the definition for success of the presentation.
The analysis may be weak in the fact that it compares proficiency and literacy on ICT among people of two small ages. There are massive numbers of people who do not understand Technology in terms of definition and application. The author presents only two proficient standards, whereas there are adverse numbers of standards that need be employed to make ICT more significant in the society.
The presentation is reliable in the comparison it has made on the significance of ICT literacy between males and females. Males have been outlines as the most literate in terms of technology which is an extremely true argument.
The main change that would be made in the presentation is the use of graphs and more tables for adequate presentation and analysis of data.
