What sort of things do you do on a daily basis?
Each day, I must ensure that the assigned territory is adequately managed. As such, I usually contact and visit the existing clients with an aim of selling additional products or even introduced new ones (Berger 78). Further, I always work with troubled accounts with an aim of reselling them. In addition, I seek ways in which I will help increase the unit sales and revenues in the assigned territory.
Another thing that I do on a daily basis is making presentations to the existing and prospective customers before making a sale. I usually use some tolls such as catalogs. At the end of the day, I am required to make daily reports concerning orders and sales.
What should you have in terms of knowledge and skills in order to perform this job?
All that a person requires in this field is social and product knowledge in order to be successful.

Alongside enrolling for sales professional courses, you must first have the interest and social skills. You must be ready to takes frustrations as opportunities and never stop what you have started.

Before enrolling for professional courses, you must ensure that you have an interest and will to do sales. Secondly, you must have the ability to manage time. In addition, you must be social and willing to learn. After that, you can enroll for a sales course.
What aspects of your job do you think delivers personal satisfaction?
The compensation package, and job autonomy. Usually, the pay is unlimited. It depends on the sales you make. Therefore, you dictate your own salary. The job is characterized with autonomy thus one acts as his or her own boss.
Which developments, whether recent or current, are affecting your field in a positive or negative way?
Competition can either lower or raise your performance in the field. Due to emergence of like companies, there are a significant number of sales people preaching the sale in the field (Knight 229). Thus, it depends on the image of the company one represents, personal attributes and how one manages sales in the territory assigned.
In your position, which aspects do you consider as presenting a stressful working condition?
Pressure to achieve ones quota, as well as the pressure to achieve one’s focus and income goals. Also, one may sometimes encounter frustrations in the field while dealing with people.
What is the salary for a freshman in this field?
Usually, there is no fixed salary. In some organizations, there is a retainer salary and depending on the amount of sales you make, commission is added on top (McLoughlin, 60).

If you have the interest and want to dictate your own compensation, go for this job.

This job is characterized with socializing and autonomy. Further, one is able to set his own compensation package and this acts as a motivational factors. However, the job has many drawbacks in terms of frustrations encountered in the field. In addition, it is not a guarantee that a sales person will get the desired package as sales may sometimes be inconsistence. Based on these cons, I would not go for this profession.

There are various characteristics of the job that makes me satisfied. These include; autonomy, networking, performance evaluation, career development, compensation, training on available resources and financial reimbursement for informational cost. Among them is tax shelter crackdown. During the past few years, some top accounting firms have been scrutinized for abusive tax shelters (Knight 236). This does not contributing in polishing profession’s image after scandals of the likes of WorldCom.
In your position, which aspects do you consider as presenting a stressful working condition?
Some of these include increased regulatory pressure, increased pressure to perform whether within or without the company and increased competition inside accounting firms with opportunities outside increasingly dwindling.

What advice would you give me, as a person planning to enter this field?
This is a good profession as there are a lot of job opportunities for fresh graduates. Also, the profession offers exposures and it has among the strongest training and development programs.

This job is extremely recommendable. It has several satisfaction factors, few negative trends and a good compensation package. Also, the basic activities of the job are fairly interactive. In addition to this, the job offers the best chances for career growth based on the training and development involved. As such, I would prefer this profession as through it, I will be able to achieve better professionalism.

The compensation package is the key to my personal satisfaction. It gives me the urge to continue. Also, the company has a strong program for training and development and this helps me aspire and get to improve my career as an IT technician (Lewis 66).

This must be hacking. Hackers intend to illegitimately gather information preserved by an organization for their own benefit (Knight 40). Each day, we fight against hackers and this is a great threat to this profession.

This job is considered to be among the most stressful jobs in the world. The stress emerge from user complaints, managers, and deadlines (Heffernan 287). The job is characterized by inadequate personal controls over day-to-day duties and interruptions.

While it is a good field to work in, you should be ready for the several stressful factors. You should be able to embrace them and make them routine experiences.

The job can be described as an opportunity for those who have a desire working with computers. As such, one can pursue the job based on the passion. In addition, the job’s remuneration is fairly good and again, it is worth. However, the job is seemingly demanding and characterized with a significant range of stress factors. Therefore, I would not prefer enrolling for a course to get into this profession.
