A. I was glad to learn from that text that the author had found the research and writing assignment very beneficial. It is really true that while preparing the assignments for our classes we ask ourselves many important questions and reflect on our career and life. It is excellent that the author managed to improve his/her writing skills during that course, although I cannot say that his/her writing proficiency is very high and I should admit that there is much to develop still. I hope this course has helped him/her a lot and stimulated for further self-development and refinement.
B. I can say that I liked the feedback of this author very much. The writing skills of the author are really very good; I enjoyed reading a coherent and logical expression of information. The author used various ways of logical connection, different parentheses, and defended his/her viewpoint very masterfully and confidently. I hope the author will go on improving and developing his/her skills and become a real master of word.
C. Leadership is a very important trait of character which can totally change the life of a person, a company, or even a country. It presupposes certain skills and modes of behaviour which make other people listen to you and follow your ideas. It is widely discussed whether these skills can be acquired in training or whether they are purely inherent, and only some people are endowed with them. Like the author of the excerpt, I cannot agree with the opinion that these traits are inborn in some people only. As far as I am concerned, a person creates himself/herself during his/her life and he/she can train any possible model of behaviour. I see it as a purely psychological directive, which anyone can follow and become a leader. Thus, I am strongly concerned that leader traits can be acquired by any person in the world with due training and psychological setup.
D. I believe, a transformational leadership is one of the best ways to turn an ordinary person into a true leader. The most important and effective changes takes place not from the external sources, like TV, networks, social environment, but from the person himself. It is called an inner motivation, and it is the most efficient way to make somebody do something. In order to find leadership grounds in oneself, one should be stimulated by other people, who will help him/her to raise his/her self-esteem, acquire self-confidence and assurance. Another important aspect of teaching and training is setting a good model, which other will try to reach and match. If these two kinds of creating a leader are successfully combined, I am sure that one can become at least more positive and secure. To my mind, it is already a large step to becoming a leader.
