Analysis
Roy Blunt was elected to the Senate in the year 2010 as Missouri senator on a Republican ticket. His political career began when he became the county official in Missouri before his election as the secretary of state of Missouri. He has previously served in the United States House of Representatives between the years 1996 to 2008. Through an extensive analysis of several outside rankings in the United States, Blunt is seen as being a more moderate right of center Republican party vote. Due to his stand on most of the issues and his tendency of voting on several bills by disregarding the party position, he is viewed as a more likely Republican to part ways with the party as compared to other Republicans. When it comes to economic issues and defense and international affairs, Blunt is viewed to be more conservative.
Throughout his career life in the Senate since his election, Blunt has been voting and sponsoring bills depending on how he judges them and not by the party stand. Blunt is seen to be strongly pro-life, pro-trade, pro-business, pro-defense and security. Having supported such bills are an indication of his stand in fighting for human rights. His concern for defense and security, life, trade and business indicate his desire to see the population has a right to life and that the individuals have an opportunity to improve their livelihoods through open business and trade platforms. However, despite the good position seen in most of his stands, Blunt has always been anti-liberal as it has been seen in his trend of voting. He has been actively supported anti-liberal principles which have earned him dislike among several quarters of the society.

Analysis
Claire McCaskill has been a senator of the United States Senate from Missouri on a democratic ticket. She has held high positions before her election to the Senate such as being the auditor in the state of Missouri. She has also been a representative in the Missouri House of Representatives from 1983 to 1998. She has been very active in the politics and leadership issues of the country. On matters to do with individual rights, Claire is very liberal and is close to average when compared to other Democratic leaders. On domestic issues, the senator is more liberal and also more conservative than average when compared with the other Democratic members of the Congress.
While in the congress, the senator has sponsored an approximate of 22 bills and has also cosponsored about 148 bills count in every two years. The 22 bills sponsorship is approximately an average of what other senators have been previously sponsoring. However, the cosponsored bills fall short of the average by 18 bills. A total of 4 bills from the senator have been accented by the president. She has been loved by many due to his stand and fight for civil rights in the society and also by encouraging an environment which facilitates business and trade. However, her stand on animal rights seems not to go well with a section of the society whose perception of animals has been highly regarded. Claire, throughout her career has been strongly against animal rights according to ratings done by several entities in the country. Most of her approval ratings have been associated with his stand on human rights as seen by her interest in human rights bills.

Analysis
Emanuel Cleaver II is a United Methodist pastor and a politician in America who is currently a member of the United States House of Representatives. He is representing the Missouri’s 5th congressional district since 2005. He has previously held several positions such as the mayor of the Kansas City. Cleaver has always been a brave politician who does not shy away from expressing his views and strongly condemns issues he does not feel as being right. For instance, after the compromise Budget Control Act deal was reached that was aimed at resolving the 2011 United States debt ceiling crisis cleaver was very vocal in opposing the manner under which the bill was passed as well as its content and went ahead to call I a “sugarcoated Satan sandwich.” During his tenure in the House of Representatives, 95.8% of the time he has voted with the Democratic Party. As such, this is an indication that he never shied away from criticizing whatever bill he felt was not okay despite the party position.
Cleaver has also been vocal in calling for dropping of ethic charges brought about against fellow United States Representatives. Although this was seen as a political move, Cleaver has earned criticism on the basis that he does not allow the rule of law to prevail. Bringing politics into the process of law has been viewed as a way of compromising the process of law and a stand amounting to taking a political stand against matters of justice. However, despite the criticism, he stands tall for being very firm on issues to do with politics. As such, this is evidenced in his position to support Clinton in the 2008 primary elections.

Senator Ryan Silvey has been serving as a representative of the 17th senatorial district since his swearing in January 2013. He serves as the vice chair of the Senate Appropriation Committee and Governmental Accountability and Fiscal Oversight as well besides serving on other committees. He has sponsored sixteen bills and co-sponsored another bill since his election into office. He has previously served in the Missouri House of Representatives during which period he served as Small Business Committee vice chair, Homeland Security Committee vice chair and also acted as a chairman of the Joint Committee on Capital Improvements and Leases Oversight. In the year 2011, he became the youngest ever chairperson to head the House Budget Committee, which is always a very ad hoc committee in every governance. His guidance the country in the period of the Great Recession by balancing the budget of Missouri without increment in taxes.
Senator Ryan has been rated high in his role in supporting the economy of the country. Among the bills he has sponsored include those touching on the fiscal policy. He has sponsored bills on taxation which have in it a broad knowledge due to his prior involvement in the budgetary committee. His bills are identified as those that are expected to have a high impact on the economic growth with a primary concern being the welfare of the people. He has been able to balance the concern for the economy and well-being of the citizens. However, has been politically silent on the merging global concerns such as issues to do with environmental regulations. He has been viewed as a liberal leader.

Analysis
Representative Lauren Arthur is a Democrat representing the Clay County in the Missouri House of Representatives. Her election in November 2014 will see her serve her fist two-year term. Besides her legislative role in the House of Representatives, she also works as a project manager in one of the global advertising agency. Before her election to the House of Representatives in Missouri, she served as a middle school teacher in Kansas City. Despite her short term period in politics, she has undertaken a leading role in the legislative business of the House. She is a member of four committees: Higher Education, Ethics, Health and Mental Health Policy, and Elementary and Secondary Education. Her appointment to the ethics and education committees was because of her previous knowledge in the education sector. Therefore, her expertise is a necessary input into the operations of the committees and in promoting the welfare of ethics and education in the county.
She is highly rated for her legislative role in promoting ethics among the population. As such, this is depicted in her effort to undertake legislation in modifying laws that relate to ethics. She has sponsored two bills relating to ethics. In total, she has been able to sponsor six bills and cosponsored five bills. Given that she has not actively been in politics previously, she is seen as a new addition, coming fresh ideas into the leadership of the county. However, her lack of experience saw her take a time to adapt to the business of the House. She is a Democrat, who has always taken positions with the party when voting for legislations. She has been viewed as a liberal leader.
