The business success is achieved by the proper development of the business strategy in such a manner that all the resources of the business are aligned for achievement of the objectives and goals of the business. There is a high level of influence of the technological, political, economic and social changes on the businesses because they are determining the success of the business in the future and allow the business to perform in an efficient and effective manner (Simon, M. 2012). There will be certain factors that need to be considered properly before starting to market the new appliance like the United Kingdom has been facing certain challenges in the economy so I will have a more sensitive approach while marketing the product there. There is a high rate of competition in the industry so the businesses are constantly trying to introduce new products and services by using the latest and most advanced technology.
In the US market there are many competitive businesses that are aware about the strategies that are needed for ensuring that the customers can achieve high level of performance and growth from the business. They are considering all the changes that may be social, political, technological and economic as they perform their business activities because that ensures their long run development and success (Michelle, R. 2005). If the new appliance is a household refrigerator that will have to be marketed in the countries by properly considering all the possible threats for the business. If there is latest technology in the United Kingdom that will allow the businesses to produce new refrigerators having great quality and providing comfort to the customers.
The economic conditions of the United Kingdom and Germany are compared that reveal information that the consumer prices, rent prices, restaurant prices, groceries prices and other costs are comparatively higher for the people in the United Kingdom as compared to Germany. There is a high level of competition for the businesses that are conducting their business activity in the United Kingdom because the businesses have to face many challenges (Catherine, B. 2004). The cost of living in the country is very high along with other prices being very high for the customers so that leads to a lower purchasing power of the customers. The launch of the new appliance in Germany and the US will be much easier as the consumers will be willing to purchase that new appliance for their use (William, L. 2010).
The economic conditions of the UK are good as the economy is stable but it has faced many issues in the past that has a huge impact on the business activity that is being conducted so the businesses that are focusing on launching new products or services in the UK have to be cautious and develop all the relevant business strategies that will ensure the long term growth and survival of the business (Samuel, P. 2008). The social changes are also taking place as the people are focusing on new products and services that are capable of fulfilling their needs so it is very important for the customers to know the latest products that are in fashion in the industry. If the new appliance does not meet the standards of the industry that will result in a low demand for the product for the customers. The penetration into the markets of UK will be comparatively difficult and time consuming as compared to the Germany or US because the customers have low purchasing power and economy is facing many challenges.
