The south Florida Jewish gastric center is a medical institution that already has presence in four foreign countries. In addition, the medical institution plan to open another 25 oncology centers outside the united states of America. This report directed to the CEO aims unfolding some of the issues which needs to be resolved before the program can be implemented to import new patients and residence. Some of the issues to consider before the program is implemented to import new patients include:
Accommodation; accommodation is very important factor which should be considered before a medical program is implemented to import new patients. As the CEO, of the institution, you will have to find out whether there is enough accommodation to cater for the accommodation requirement of the new patients.
Availability of facilities; the availability of medical facilities ought to be considered before the program is implemented to import new patients and residents. Facilities in this case includes, medical facilities like medicine, medical laboratories, enough personnel who can effectively take good care of the patient among other things. Medical facilities are crucial if the program being laid out is to be successful. Other things which ought to be considered include availability of market in the area where such program is being laid out and the government policies among other things.
Because the organization learned that there are other medical centers which are currently building branches in the wealthy middle eastern and other parts where new oncology branches should be opened, I find the following strategies prudent for the success of the new medical centers.
Developing reliable partnership; the CEO, should ensure that he/she develops reliable partnership with other people who has been in the business for long. Reliable partnership will enable the organization to quickly establish itself in the area.
Slightly lowering the cost of medication in the new branches; the CEO can attract more clients simply by slightly lowering the cost of medication in the new branches. This will enable it to attract more clients into the business.
Offering quality services; in order for the organization to attract more customers, the business will have to offer high quality services to its clients. This will enable it to attract as many customers as possible within a short period of time.
