Introduction
Both man and woman who together make a family and live harmoniously characterize the human race. The physical attributes are XY for men and XX for women, which will include their sex hormones and chromosomes, and as well as other internal and external organs. All interviewees believe that men are the heads of the family and women their helpers according to the interviews conducted involving three people who are all my family members and friends respectively. Below are the reports of the interviews.
Men have one definition and character of using their anatomy as persons with a complex genetic makeup and are in most cases stable and strong. When men finish school, it is usual for them to live on their own in preparations of starting up their own families.
Joyce
Men act as the disciplinarians in the family and they earn their respect from other members of the family by default. The main roles of a man are to provide food and security to the family members. Men get identification by the kind of titles they presume to take during their upbringing; they develop identity duties that go hand in hand with their sex.
Jennifer
Similar to the changing roles when it comes to women, men are currently beginning to take up roles that initially appeared to be for women. A man is responsible for a family and whenever anything goes wrong in a family; he is always the first one to know. Men are the heads of the family is it in religious, cultural and education matters. Matters of security alongside marking of territories are part of men’s responsibility.
Joseph
Women are the species in the human life cycle bear, rear and bring up newborn babies. Women are mainly the helpers of men and it is their responsibility to serve, obey and submit to their men whether married or not. Women go through a lot especially when it comes to the whole process of getting pregnant and giving birth.
Jack
There have been cases of discrimination of women in the past centuries but in the current 22nd century, women share the same roles as men. Traditionally, Women relate mostly with the mandate of staying at home to take care of the family.
James
Women have successfully come out from their hiding cocoons of discrimination and have proven that they are equally strong. They have recently redefined their strengths and weaknesses saying that they should have equal roles with men.
