Every year in the late November, the American press remembers the murder of John F. Kennedy, mentioning thus about Lee Harvey Oswald, Jack Ruby, the Mafia, Castro, the Warren Commission. And each time it emphasizes that murder mystery was not solved. This is true. Probably it cannot be finally solved in principle. The shots in Dallas are the result of hidden movements - the state, public, criminal ones.
As you know, murder investigation was taken by the Warren Commission. The main conclusion of the commission was that the accused in the murder, Lee Harvey Oswald, acted alone. This conclusion has created many doubts, it seemed to many that the commission hides from the public something very important.
Other official investigation has not advanced much further. They only achievement was the critics of the conclusion that Oswald was alone. However, they could not be determined any serious evidence pointing to the mastermind, or even motives for the crime. Yet in the last official investigation conducted in 1978, the Committee of the US Congress, pointed out the connection between this crime with the Mafia.
And, of course, such a meager results of the official investigation could not give life to the shaft of a variety of conspiracy theories, and even a certain subculture, which found continuation in the endless books and films about this tragedy and the entire Kennedy’s clan. In plotting were suspected the US intelligence and the Soviet one, Cuban exiles, who expected the government to take stronger action in respect of the Castro regime. Conspiracy theorists also accused the oil and weapons magnates. And, of course, the mafia, which Kennedy seems to be stepped on its tail.
In favor of the mafia theory says the fact that after John F. Kennedy appointed his brother Robert as the Attorney General in the country began the fight against organized crime. The number of indictments against mafias grew at 800%! Ample motive to eliminate the root of all problems. For participation in the crime of the underworld mafia says the presence of Jack Ruby, and a number of other figures whose names began to emerge with the advent of the confessions of people who may have been involved in the conspiracy. Actually, it was approved by the Committee of the Congress, who conducted the last official investigation.
Over the past decade, the efforts of many journalists, historians and lawyers made this case more clear. But it cannot reconsider a court decision and findings of the commission of forty years ago. And maybe this is right as "injustice is better than disorder" (Goethe).
