Business strategy of the company is to tap local and regional banks of America which are unable to purchase high end technology and software solutions. As banking and insurance industry is very dynamic, the data intensive needed proper management of knowledge along with a concrete knowledge management strategy to sustain a position in the business. It is one of the leading companies where every fresher dreamt to work because of learning environment and opportunity to grow with the growth of company.
