The senior management at AF Community Center comprises of members who meet in each quarter of the year to discuss the values and how to demonstrate these values to the public. It fosters and requires legal and ethical behavior by creating an environment that reflects all of the values of the organization. It ensures that the operations of the Center are in line with ethics and any concern on ethics is dealt with as quickly as possible. The senior leaders have also chosen to stay at AF from the fact that they are committed to the organization’s VMW through ensuring that it is sustainable (Smallwood, 2007).
The senior leaders communicate, empower and motivate the staff as well as the employees. It encourages team work and they diligence, ingenuity and passion from contributors. Despite the fact that AF serves a diverse population, the senior leaders ensure that there is a two-way communication platform that is continuously flowing. There are key processes, measures and goals that AF has put in order to address the risks associated with health care services (Smallwood, 2007). These risks are patient safety and environmental impact of waste. The key processes to be addressed on safety are medication management and hand washing. AF is putting medication accuracy as well as observations to attain 100% implementation respectively.
There is a reinforced strong governance as well as accountability for the actions of the management. The interests of the stakeholders are also protected. For accountancy, internal audit exists.
