Leadership is considered as a process of the social influence in which a person is capable enough to enlist the support and aid of others in order to accomplish a common task (Chemers). Accordingly, I also have certain leadership capabilities. My noteworthy leadership abilities are that I am an effective communicator; I am an honest, consistent and an open person. Further, the leadership qualities that I recognize in myself are intelligence, extraordinary sense of vision, foresightedness intelligence, and cooperative, goal oriented, brave, motivational, wise, dedicated and competent. These abilities help me in the achievement of the desired goal by overcoming my weaknesses.

My leadership style is democratic and it helps to promote commitment, mutual assistance, talent, friendliness and cooperation. My democratic leadership style encourages the team members to participate in the decision making process and their opinion is also considered before making final decision. The democratic leadership paves the way to the elevated level of job satisfaction (Bhatti, Maitlo, Shaikh, Hashmi, and Shaikh).
My strengths in relation to leadership are a firm grasp of the details, high moral and ethical standards, building of relationship with other, result oriented behavior, decisiveness, confident and strategic and intellectual thinker. As far as my weaknesses in relation to leadership are concerned my leadership traits make me dictatorial, asocial, non-cooperative and ruthless attitude is built in me. My leadership qualities force me to consider the irrational leadership side and push me to consider just my own personal interest.
Furthermore, in order to demonstrate my leadership skills I guide my own leadership learning and behavior. I focus on aligning the members of the team around the organizational values and strategy, and cooperate with the team members in order to adopt the organizational culture. I provide training to others so that they face no difficulty in obeying the rules and regulations of the organization. Finally, in order to reveal my leadership traits I build unity in the time of change that helps to work smoothly and easily.
