Problem Definition
Over the past few months, it is noticed that at XYZ restaurant the number of customer visits has reduced and it has resulted in a decrease in sales revenues. Customers are the only source of income that a restaurant can have. The restaurant used to experience surplus profits, but now it hardly can meet up its costs. Reduced customer visits are a serious problem that needs to be recovered as soon as possible. The proposal aims to maximize the customer visits. The purpose is not only to retain the existing ones but also to attract the new ones.
The project proposal is based on improvement. It is understood that the service quality is not up to the mark. Therefore, the restaurant needs to bring changes and improvements to regain its customer loyalty and market share. The improvements in the proposal will help the restaurant achieve its goal. However, it will take time, but the restaurant will be able to regain its financial stability.
