Advertisement is the key to success in selling goods, if the sellers have researched the audience well enough. Some advertisements are meant to change human behavior fro better. Advertisements for changing human behavior are far more difficult than selling goods. Public relations play the paramount important role in gaining public attention and “manipulating” or encouraging them. After “diagnosis” of the audience, using media of any kind, sellers attract people to their goods by promoting them. If there is a behavior change advertisement, the advertisers usually set a role model from public. In order to be a successful advertiser, one needs to implement something that is missing in people, urgently desired by the society. That is why the audience needs to be evaluated in advance.
Advertisement 1.
The advert has been successful, as they set a model person from people. He is an ordinary man. He is not wealthy and has no supernatural powers. That makes everyone capable of doing similar deeds. Everyone can ask himself “Why can’t I do such noble deeds too?” All the people around him did not like what he was doing. They got used to seeing people in need, they have come to condition of not caring of others, probably thinking they deserve it. A lot of people think that people in difficulty have come to that point by doing wrong things to themselves, they rarely are in their shoes. Some people may think of people helping others as an act of showing off. However, the man in the advert did not care what they thought, he had a dream of helping as many people as he could, he did not miss any living creature pass by without his help. He found happiness in seeing people happy. Everyone, deep in his soul, thinks of being helpful to others, save anybody from a difficulty he is in, however, not all of them succeed in doing so. So the man in the advertisement kept helping people, no matter what other thought about him and his “strange” behavior. In the end when he sees the woman without her child, he gets scared of thoughts that something bad has happened to her. Then he sees the girl in her uniform and his eyes fills up with tears. The advertisement became the best advert in 2014, and I think it was given that honor for a reason. He is “the noble man” that lives in most of us.

There is a hidden message of not having children, in my opinion. Even if the advertisers did not mean that, that kind of impression still exists in it. A lot of people may find it funny and amusing, but I see in it how the society is falling apart. Family is the essential cell of the society, so it has to be taken care of by the government in the first place. Children are the key chain in husband and wife’s holy union, the advertisement makes men dislike them. Of course, there are moments when children get annoying, but it is up to parents to bring them up. From my point of view, the advertisement misguides men, makes them avoid marriage. The advert may succeed in preventing marriages, but men who care about the society and take responsibility do not fear of having children.
Public Relations Campaign
In my opinion the campaign was a great success. It is a beach, where holidaymakers have showers anyway. Why not make it both funny and useful? People on the beach are happy and having fun. They have made big tap-like showers for people. The campaign has made taking shower a more enjoyable activity. That is the reason why people come to the beach, to enjoy themselves. The campaign attracted a lot of people, they came and had a shower with fun. The main purpose of the campaign was to gather people under one big shower and make a show out of it, which in fact has been achieved. The campaigners managed to fulfill their objectives by getting a lot of people around the shower. The campaign was a huge success, as the campaigners knew in advance that people would join the show, and would be a part of the show.
