Executive summary
The paper introduces the purpose of the research. Also, the introduction contains the rationale of the study as well as the thesis statement. The researcher describes the academic aspect that the recent scholars have been investigating over the past few years. Further down, the paper describes the methodology to apply in the research process. Finally, the brief analysis projects the expected results and the methods of analysis before the conclusion.
Introduction
The purpose of the ensuing analysis will be to explore the growth of production sharing activities in Mexico manufacturing industry. The researcher finds that there is a need to investigate the topology and the competitiveness of production sharing in an authoritative empirical research.
Mexico has increased productive capacities through sharing agreements between the government and the companies that extract minerals in Mexican soil. The production sharing agreements date back to 1950 in Indonesia. However, the trend has spread extensively in Mexico in recent years.
The Thesis
A wide range of existing production sharing contracts in almost all the operating sectors of the Mexican economy has resulted in diverse world-class logistical and manufacturing processes.
Literature Review
The researcher will utilize peer reviewed academic journals that explore the nature of the Mexican economy. In most recent cases scholars such asCooper & Watson(2011) pp. 426 - 442 conducted the production sharing activities in the country. Also, the articles indicate how the unique agreements between the government and the private sector affect the country’s gross domestic product and competitiveness in the international market. The applicable technical methods provide a hint on the direction the study should take.
Methodology
The appropriate method for the study is regression analysis that shows the relationship between the country’s economic output and the rise in the contractual agreement. The researcher will, therefore, sample Ten Mexican Companies that the government entered into a contract with then compare the company financial performance as well as the measure of GDP in 2011 to 2014. After data collection and organization the researcher will systematically organize the information in a logical style.
Results Analysis
The expected results are that the GDP of the Mexico was marginally higher than other years. Also, the profit margin of the companies increased when the managers made the contractual agreements with the Mexican Authority. The positive impact of production sharing among firms has, therefore, led to the growing activity in production sharing.
Recommendations
The results in the paper are useful for future research in that they open a pathway for studying the effects of production sharing. However, the research is limited in that it will apply a smaller sample. Future research can use more firms to investigate the level of variability.
Conclusion
The research will fulfill the quest for the reason behind the increased production sharing. The impact of the production has been a change in the management styles, particularly the logistical departments among manufacturing firms.
