The move by the United States was necessary since the system was critically flawed during that time.
Post war problems have taken over since many problems are now interfering with the mode of operation by the country. Incidentally, drug abuse has taken a toll in the current operation of events. Trafficking of drugs is a huge problem since its impact on the economy is severe.
