People face communicative issues in their communication at all times, especially such social problems may take place during the group projects. Even though, teams are usually created with the special requirements and people who are the part of the teams should be able to communicate freely and be able to find consensus in any area or topic. However, there is no person who can be seen as perfect. Therefore, communicative issues take place in the organizations and projects that take place there. Special assistance on the behalf of management of such teams is required.
It is very important to come up with a plan that will help people that are involved in the project conquer their bad behaviors which they may not be aware of in the first place. Every person has strong and weak points that may show up in stressful situations and hinder the process of work for the whole team. Stress and unpredicted situations can reveal both bad and good sides of the people. However, it is important to be able to work these little things out for the benefit of the project and team. According to Wong (2007) it is extremely important at first to recognize the other people. So in this project the first step for each team member is to recognize the work that the others do in order to benefit even more in the project. All the people enjoy seeing that their work is treated with respect and is being appreciated by people on the team. Recognition will let people understand that their contribution to the project is approved by all the members.
The next step is relevance (Wong, 2007). All members of the group should understand that their part of the work is quite relevant and makes its contribution towards the overall success of the team. The group leader should be able to create the atmosphere in which all the team members
understand that their contribution is vital and makes the whole project prosperous and active in the sphere of business. In order to make workers see the relevance of their work it is important for them to see goals that were set by the leader and they will be able to see that these were achieved and appreciated by the people on the team.
Some people get bored with the same role all the time. Therefore, it is important to rotate the team roles (Wong, 2007). In such a way bad behaviors will be eliminated for people who easily get bored with monotonous type of work or activity. The leader should make obvious certain types of behaviors that are expected. Also, it should be easy for the team members to get out the stressful situations in order to make the project successful.
Another objective that will help to avoid bad behaviors is being honest among the other team members. It is important to speak about the issues that exist in the team. The only way to solve problems can be found when other people are aware about them. Likewise if a team member keeps all the issues to himself or herself, he or she will become less effective in the daily work load because this person will be trying to get over the feelings and not directly work on the project.
In conclusion, it is necessary to state that people should be able to understand each other and have a great connection which is built on honesty only in order to make their project successful and efficient. Humans are very complicated therefore, the leader of a group must have a set communicative plan so he or she is able to help the group to make the best of the project.
