Dear Mr. Smith,
Can you please help me with this? I do not know what goes wrong with the Shiny Clean new product “Pure Pore.”
I have been a loyal customer of the Shiny Clean for over five years. I happened to come across a new Shiny Clean soap “Pure Pore” through an advertisement. It assures that the “Pure Pore” has a hypoallergenic formula that helps to keep the face clean and vibrant, eliminate blackheads, and prevent acne. When I used that soap, I got skin allergy and itching
I bought it from the nearby shop after seeing an advertisement that assures that the “Pure Pore” has a hypoallergenic formula that helps to keep the face clean and vibrant, eliminate blackheads, and prevent acne. I used this product because I was happy with the quality of other Shiny Clean products so far.
I used the “Pure Pore” soap on the previous night of my interview date. I was shocked when I saw my face in the next morning that it got blemishes and felt like itching. On the next morning, I had to attend an interview. However, I could not make it because I do not want to create a bad impression by appearing with the blemish face. Because of this product, I got allergic and had to spend $125 for dermatologist and crème. Above all, I had to reschedule my interview and got skin allergy.
I can understand that it is not your mistake. However, I must tell you that this new product “Pure Pore” is not suitable for all skin types. It is the duty of the company to mention about the suitability of the soap.
I have never had skin allergy or any other problem by using the products of the Shiny Clean before. I want the Shiny Clean Company to take responsibility for this issue, give me a proper response, and refund the money I have spent to get rid of rashes that caused by the Shiny Clean “Pure Pore,” because I want to continue using Shiny Clean products.
Unless I received the proper response quickly, then unfortunately, I may have to look for some other soap brand. I expect a phone call (Phone No.) or an email (email ID) from you by 6 p.m. today at the latest, to inform me about the action you are going to take for this issue.
