Snowshoe Mountain Resort offering ski and snowboarding activities, restaurant, holiday homes and adventures. The resort’s website details the services offered and gives a description of its location. The resort markets itself through the colorful description of its services on the website and through pop-up windows giving offers to potential customers. The site also lists the various awards that the resort has won, which gives a customer an independent assessment of the hotel that adds some confidence. Furthermore, the website gives links to social media sites through which customers can share, further marketing them outside the page. The website has video and audio components, showing various skiing and snowboarding activities conducted by the resort. It adds to the appeal and helps the customer in making their decision as the customer has a more detailed and real outlook of what is offered.
The Snowshoe resort website is full of graphics showing captivating images of skiing events, lodging facilities, homes, and snow mountain terrains. The resort offers contacts, Email, telephone numbers and pop-up windows with a contact form.
I would apply for a position with the company since it is a well- established company that would offer one a good opportunity for growth. The resort also has varied services, which makes it a big company that would give one diverse experience on different fields and exposure to different areas in the service industry.

Bon Appetit Management Company
Bon Appetit is a food service company offering onsite catering services for institutions such as schools and colleges. The website markets itself by giving vivid descriptions and displays of their products, awards won and several links of what they have on offer. It also contains online reviews provided by clients. The site has several videos showing their culinary skills, speeches by management and on location recordings of services. The website is highly stimulating with photos of various foods displayed and gardening programs. The website is well designed, not overcrowded and several fonts utilized for a better effect. The site offers telephone contacts for various regions and email contacts.
I would apply for a position with the company because I find their innovativeness captivating. They have various gardening projects to promote organic food plus have several own recipes. They are also involved in community projects, which is quite noble.

Product- The Company offers catering services to institutions. It has a well-defined target market and has designed its product to suit the client. Discussion Question 2—Plan It the Way I Want
I attended a conference organized by my local community. It was a holiday camp for the local youth that happens every summer. It brings together local youths for recreational activities, talks by various people, training on life skills and several social activities. The event was attended by over one thousand people, estimating from the several small groups that we had.
The event was generally a success since the objective was achieved; those who came had a wonderful experience and learned a lot. However, it could have been better organized. The tents for small groups meeting were few. The event was not well advertised so many youths from other areas missed out. The food was great but the service provider did not come ready for the large number that turned up, this made meal times hectic with very long slow queues. On a positive note, the speakers were well chosen and delivered well.
The employees from the organizers did not do their job exceptionally well since they did not market the event adequately; they also failed in catering as few staff was provided making the process unnecessarily long.
Given the chance, I would use different providers for different needs. Making one provider organize the whole event makes one underperform in some areas. When duties are assigned to each provider who specializes in it, each person delivers their best. For instance, marketing should have been done by a specialized marketing company which would concentrate on publicizing the event appropriately. It would have been more appropriate to have a bigger caterer of have several caterers handle food service to ensure effectiveness.
