Pricing
The child care facility will charge 5 dollars per day for children below the age of 3 years and above one and a half years, and 3 dollars for children 4 years and above. This will be inclusive of food. An extra 5 dollars per week will be charged for children who will require transport. The average charge for a day care facility is about 5 dollars a day. This means that the child care facility will have a pricing advantage over its competitors. The actual cost for taking care of a child a day is approximately 2 dollars per day.

Advertising
Awareness of the child care facility will be made through the distribution of 1000 flyers which will be distributed at junior schools and children’s clinics. 200 Posters will also be displayed during fun days and at selected fun cities. Advertising will also be done on the internet via targeted social media ads.

For every successful referral that an existing client gets, he or she gets 50% off. Parents and guardians paying on a monthly basis will receive a 10% discount.
Direct Marketing
The facility will also be marketed by attendants at the child care facility. It will also be done through the word of mouth . Emailing will also be used to market to people who have granted permission for their accounts to be used. Existing customers can assist by referring their friends to the child care facility.
Public Relations
The child care facility will organize fun days for the children every once a month. A review will also be open for parents and guardians to give feedback on the services at the child care facility. Testimonials will also be written by satisfied clients . Children will also get platform to explore their talent during talent shows which will be organized and fully catered by the facility.
Social Media
The child care facility will have accounts on social platforms such as Facebook and twitter. These platforms will be used by the clients to give feedback. Their concerns will also be heard through the social media.
Place
The child care facility will be located away from the busy life of the CBD but not too far away. It will be a 10 to 15 minutes’ drive from the CBD. It will be located in a serene environment, quiet and uncrowded.
Service
Children will be provided with toys to play with during the day, boarding facilities for their naps, feeding within regular intervals and cleaning. Transport will be offered for those in need of the facility. Children will also be taught basic things such as etiquette.
International Markets
Foreigners on in the country on business trips, travelling with their children will also be allowed to leave their children at the facility. The facility will be advertised during international activities such as sports.
Implementation Schedule
The set-up of the facility will take place within two weeks. The 1000 flyers will be distributed within one week. The posters will be posted regularly at fun days and school events. The social media accounts will be open 24/7. Emails will be sent on a weekly basis to both existing and targeted customers. Direct sales will be performed on a daily basis by the employees at the facility.
