Introduction
Managers play an essential role in promoting their businesses through proper management skills. The five stage model describes the basic processes that a customer goes through when making big purchasing decisions. When a manager takes active participation in customer's interest through the incorporation of these stages, the purchasing processes become easier, and it also promotes better relations between the company and the customer.

There are various ways a manager can help customers in making critical decisions when purchasing. Firstly, engaging and listening are the most basic steps in fostering long lasting relationships between the customer and a manager. He can also establish a mechanism for customers to leave feedbacks about the products, prices, value, quality and services. This mechanism will be a critical step in meeting customers’ expectations and improvement of the business in the future. Secondly, he can also work on building customer’s loyalty and trust. Trust is essential for a business to grow. The following are ways a business can gain customer trust: advertising honestly, telling the truth, being transparent, safeguarding customer’s privacy, honoring promises and being responsive.
Marketing tools is a process that involves the accessing of the effects of a company’s marketing program and activities and making the required adjustments and changes. There are four main ways a company can control its market. Firstly is a through usage of annual plan control. This plan ensures a company the goal like profit, and that were established in the annual plan. Secondly, profitability control, it ensures that the company is making good profits in their sale. Next is efficiency control, this determines how efficient a company is in delivering quality goods and products to their customers. Lastly is strategic control; this tool reassesses periodically the strategic plans of the company about market success and customers reviews.
Conclusion
In conclusion, it is essential to consider social media as an extra marketing tool. It plays an essential role in engaging the community and expanding the market of a product. Additional social media can be applicable in getting customer reviews about the quality of the services and products in the company.
