Born and brought up in a country side of India, I turned out a prodigy kid, who graduated from a high school at the top of his class. Logically, I joined a Technology University with science majors and graduated as a Bachelor of Technology with 75% in academics, but in 2002, I finished an engineering professional course with as high as 63% in academics. Being a gifted and capable professional, who has accumulated more than 11 years of work experience, I am profoundly inspired by the vigor of leadership, and my business acumen is essentially based on a motivated attitude, energy and decision making. My professional development is not only limited to being analytical or result-oriented; it genuinely depends on demonstrating success in streamlining business processes to increase my work efficiency and competence. My colleagues at work can rely on me, since I am an assertive team player, who is goal oriented, motivated, ambitions, and a critical thinker. These personal strengths helped me to prove myself a number of times in demanding situations as a strong strategic planner, problem solver and persuasive project manager, genuinely committed to managing the ongoing projects flawlessly, while delivering the desired results and contributing to the cost minimizing activities. My uniquely broad and in-depth background experience is rooted in Health Care, Banking, Finance, Insurance and Telephone billing systems. My motivation for pursuing an MBA program at the Kellogg School of Management is to immerse in leadership development, acquire a leadership management position and to make a difference by offering my professional knowledge and skills of exceptional quality to the industry. My goal is to gain a broader perspective through participation in American and European management modules secured by the program. As a future technology manager and promoter, I am prepared to deepen my overall knowledge and make it as diverse as possible, by communicating and collaborating with the industry and academic leaders across cultures.
