In this paper, the analysis of “Blood flow reprograms lymphatic vessels to blood vessels” is discussed and the highlighted part is supported with the help of evidence and other research studies. There are some common congenital diseases are discussed in this article indicating how genetic lineage tracing become a reason for a change in vessels.
It is analyzed that replacement by blood endothelial cells is not a solution, and lymphatic endothelial cell reprogramming is supported with the help of researches and experiments (Chen, et al., 2012). According to the past researches, the vascular defect may result in a stroke and neurological impairment. Therefore, signaling pathways regulate endothelial vessels. It reduces the chances of heart failure from A-V shunting. Moreover, SLP76 and SYK are also discussed with the help of examples. The importance of SLP76 and SYK are highlighted as these are hematopoietic signaling proteins, and it helps to regulate the lymphatic vascular system .
The supporting studies clearly mention the side effects of the lack of SLP76 adaptor protein as it results in abnormal lymphatic vascular development. Moreover, it is clearly identified from pictures that deficiency of these causes abnormal mixing of blood and lymphatics in intestine and skin during the early developmental phase. However, it can be resolved in adulthood but high chances of cardiac issues and an intestinal vascular shunt. Understanding related to the vascular anatomy and flow become clear with the help of clear images and description. Furthermore, Angiographic studies also performed in SLP76-deficient radiation. Information regarding PROX1-negative endothelial cells and PROX1-expressing cells helps to understand the SLP76 and its functions .
