Funding CHIP
The discussion covers the essence of the insurance fund that is significant to children. The program covers various areas including, healthcare, physical therapy, dental care, language and speech therapies and occupational therapy. The issue with the Children Health Insurance Program (CHIP) highlights the plight of children. There is the need to renew the approach that the Congress uses when funding the program. Often the program is funded in line with Medicare and Medicaid
The potential stakeholders for the program concerned 18-year-old children. In the US, they are more than 8 million children who have no insurance aids hence use private programs. This can be attributed to the low income and lack of information (Paradise n.p). The advocacy has taken the indicative to signing letters that will secure better funding for the program. It is recommended that legislator should pass it into law to make the program permanent to assure families that they will access quality care.

Revision of Arizona Statute SB1283
The statute highlights the issue that has escalated the number of reported deaths due to overuse of drugs. The last decade recorded that medical practitioners had made overdose prescriptions resulting into deaths. Between 2001 and 2014, opioids rose from 6000 to 18000. The issue happened due to the cost concerns of the benzodiazepines and opioid analgesics. Further, most patients had minimal health care coverage that would cover the excess costs incurred during medication. According to Doctor Kao, a clinical assistant professor, the reduced physical therapy nudges induces the use of opioid medication.
The state was ranked sixth that had a large incidence of drug abuse. For example, between 12-17 years old, Arizona was ranked second highest abuse in drugs. The amendment to the statute as per CSPMP (Controlled Substances Prescription Monitoring Program) stipulates that all the medical personnel should first seek patient's report on the use of the drugs before conducting the diagnosis. The program was meant to ensure that physicians are more responsible and accountable during the prescription to avoid fatal mistakes that would lead to loss of lives (Girion n.p). Further, the statute has put certain exclusion, for example, hospice cars and cancer care issues are to be attended by the doctor and make prescriptions within five days.
It is advantageous to use the program since there will be decreases on accidental overdose, the rate of deaths decrease, and there is counseling of the patients affected. Other important stakeholders like the Medical Board join in the fight against the vice.

Medicare and Physical Therapy
The historical background of medical care and physical therapy dates back in 1972. American Physical Therapy succeeded in doing the first Act in therapy in 1997. The CAP stipulated the maximum amount that one can utilize (American Physical Therapy Association n.p). One is subjected to the medical review done manually to surpass the cap therapy. However, a problem erupted on the need to extend the coverage time. Necessary care was guaranteed when the extortion money from unsuspecting patients was stopped.
The legislation was developed owing the need to access CHIP and Medicare services. MACRA showed continued support in processing the manual care. Medicare is significant in conducting research. The plans by the medical board are focused on implementing the policies that render the healthcare services beneficial and affordable to all. The reforms use standardized manual reviews to eradicate the instances of discrimination.
