Milestones have significant effects on the evaluation processes. Human services are vital for survival in any given environment. Therefore, the milestones need to be very efficient in defining the appropriate evaluation procedures that govern the evaluation processes in the different settings of human services (Martin & Frahm, 2010). The current milestone tends to apply the current evaluation techniques whereby it tags the evaluation questions and assess the inferences for the process for validity in the setting it entails.
In addition, professionals need to conduct evaluation processes in an acceptable manner, by paying keen attention to the various aspects of the system (Martin & Frahm, 2010). Therefore, they will be able to generate reports that cater for all the requirements, with emphasis on the proposed protocols for better achievement of the goals of evaluation processes.
Noteworthy is that, the human services professionals need to conduct evaluation processes that are auditable to enable the management of the systems, concerned to trace the performance of the various organisations and be able to identify areas that require correction (Martin & Frahm, 2010). As a result, it would be possible to detect any weaknesses that arise within the system and arrange for corrective measures immediately.
In addition, the evaluation program is important in the daily live endeavours of individuals and organisations. The evaluation program is most beneficial to the public because it will enhance the provision of quality services (Campbell, 2015). Most systems disregard the need to offer quality services to the clients especially when there are no good relationships between the service providers or they are motivated to encourage them to offer quality services.
In conclusion, an evaluation program will enable the service delivery professionals to identify what will work and what will not work in the system. Therefore, it will be easy to manage such scenarios because the direction of resources will be to a specific point (Campbell, 2015). Moreover, the evaluation program will improve staff’s frontline practices with their clients. In addition, the evaluation program will erect the knowledge for the out-of-school duration. Finally, the evaluation program tends to increase its capacity to carry out sensible self-assessment and generate realistic plans for the future.
