Values
The values that are the dearest to me are the following: honesty, as this is the basis of trust; trust itself, because it develops faith and love to one another; logically enough faith and love because the former is something that allows us to believe in something bigger, that allows us to strive for better future whereas the latter is the basis of any human relations; humbleness, because only humble people have a clear vision of things and prospects not distorted by greed, ambitions and self-love; persistence (or diligence) because everything can be achieved only through hard work; finally, optimism, which is the key driver for any progress.
Spiritual Gifts
My spiritual gifts are: my experiences, my vocational skills and enthusiasm. In my leadership my personal experience always is an instrument that helps me to take good unequivocal decisions, my vocational background are the basis of my confidence and my proficiency. Finally, my enthusiasm helps my organizational duties with creativity and inventiveness.
My Mission Statement
My mission is to become an effective leader whose activity would serve the mission of creating the global good. I would like to apply all the diligence and faith I have to contributing them to working in the humanitarian sphere. This means that I aspire to work with the homeless, with refugees, with malnourished and damaged in natural diseases internationally. I also aspire to use my leadership to create a network based on this activity, preferably of international nature, that would be represented by an NGO or some other organization and be targeted at helping those in need through instilling in them faith in better, through persistent work for their relief and for their becoming happier in their lives.
Therefore, I can conclude that I live to help others through servant leadership.
Vision statement
My vision of my future in five years is the following. I strive to become an philanthropist and donator who would care about different groups of those in need. I imagine myself to be providing shelter for refugees, for those damaged by natural disasters and for all the others that would need it. I imagine myself to be helping them to rebuild their lives – seeking new residence, job, social welfare insofar as this would be possible. This would be my personal experience of leadership through service because leading others to get engaged in such activities is what makes this world both emotionally and materialisticly more coherent and robust as well as prosperous.
