New Fashion was started as a California C-corporation with main workplaces location in San Diego, CA all the operation in the company from marketing techniques to organization, occur at leased office place of around 500 square feet.
We as a cloth manufacturer always work harder to provide the customer with the last fashion based on style and quality, the message for our company is to be classy, multilateral and expensive quality clothing, the organization strategy is to develop and great market for the new collection of our product and make a brand awareness, so the company aim in the next few years to make overwhelming on the clothing industry and make a large customer demand for the product also the organization would like to create lines of accessories for men, children and women.
The New Fashion’s methodology is to forcefully create and market full range accumulation to buyers. The organization plans to market its line as a distinct option for existing apparel lines and separate itself through its marketing procedures, restrictiveness, and brand mindfulness. New fashion plans to expand on its center arrangement of items and conquer any hindrances by utilizing the organization's skill as a part of the attire business.

As a startup for cloth manufacturer business we need to employ some workforce in different field at the beginning we need to have a general manager for the manufacture for an average salary $65,000 also we need an accountant as any business in the world as with an average salary $62,000 also we need a production manager to keep watching the product line and for quality insurance with average salary of $64,706, sewing operator in this business we need for 15 sewing operator in average salary of $21,490 each and for the marketing part we will use agency for advertising with amount to be paid $80,000 every year.
Pricing Strategy
The pricing strategy that will be adopted is incremental pricing strategy as the company will increase the price of its products over a period. It will allow the company to cover its costs of production and also improve its profit margin over the period. This strategy works well when there is continuous demand for the company’s products.
